Kishan Goradia retirement, D’ Souza Nagar Complex at Andheri East is the first project which Deepak Goradia handled independently. It consisted of 12-15 residential buildings. Deepak Goradia first ever land purchase were in Kandivali (1 acre) and Vasai (20 acres).

Deepak Goradia is an active member of MCHI for more than 20 years. Deepak Goradia is in the Managing Committee Member of MCHI for more than 15 years. Deepak Goradia also initiated Property Exhibition held annually by MCHI in Mumbai every year.
